  2. As a seasoned retail executive, I’ve always struggled with retaining hourly associates and giving annual review increases year over year over year ….which increases sell cost. It’s important to retain associates and reduce turnover, but ultimately that adds expense. I understand you improve best practices and productivity with Six Sigma,Lean,etc to reduce expense to fund annual review increases, but what happenes when those strategies run their course and there’s no more room to improve ? What do you suggest to retailers how to manage this human capital challenge in the workforce today ?
